Classes are composed of flowing and meditative movements in Yin & Yang style Yoga. Lola prefers to use a gentle approach in her classes to ease you into a greater flexibility and deeper relaxation. Her training has taught her to adapt poses to the individual’s anatomy respecting the diversity of our unique bone structures.
